My Organic Formula is based in the Netherlands, and we ship fast from there to families worldwide.
Same-day shipping
We know how important it is that you always have formula at home, ready for your baby whenever they get hungry.
We ship same day for all orders placed before 1pm CET (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If you order after 1pm we’ll ship the following day.
Orders made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are shipping the following Monday.
You’ll receive your order within 2 - 7 business days. On average an order is delivered in 2,5 business days.
Free shipping on 4-packs or bigger, worldwide *
Shipping is 100% Free when you order a 4-pack or bigger. If you order a Double-pack, shipping is CAD 13.99.
We use only trusted carriers: PostNL, UPS, DHL and FedEx (we’ll choose the best carrier for your order depending on destination, size and weight).
* For Australia, we unfortunately have to add USD 19,99 for a Double Pack and USD 29,99 for bigger packs due to the high shipping charges from the carriers to that country.
Import duty and customs
Important for Non-EU Customers
The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by local authorities.
For most countries (including Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain), My Organic Formula covers these import charges, so our customers do not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
For customers in Australia, import taxes and duties (including GST) are calculated and displayed during checkout and paid at the time of purchase. This ensures full transparency and avoids any unexpected charges when the order arrives.
There are no hidden fees for our customers.

My Organic Formula takes no responsibility regarding the local rules and regulations concerning our sold products for our customers located outside of The Netherlands as that is the responsibility of the recipient.
