My Organic Formula is based in the Netherlands, and we ship fast from there to families worldwide.
Same-day shipping
We know how important it is that you always have formula at home, ready for your baby whenever they get hungry.
We ship same day for all orders placed before 1pm CET (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If you order after 1pm we’ll ship the following day.
Orders made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are shipping the following Monday.
You’ll receive your order within 2 - 10 business days. On average an order is delivered in 3 business days.
Free shipping on 4-packs or bigger, worldwide *
Shipping is 100% Free when you order a 4-pack or bigger. If you order a Double-pack, shipping is $9.99.
We use only trusted carriers: PostNL, UPS, DHL and FedEx (we’ll choose the best carrier for your order depending on destination, size and weight).
* For Australia, we unfortunately have to add USD 19,99 for a Double Pack and USD 29,99 for bigger packs due to the high shipping charges from the carriers to that country.
Import duty and customs
Important for Non-EU Customers
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. My Organic Formula pays for the import charges of these orders, so the customer doesn't have to. There are no hidden fees for our customers.

My Organic Formula takes no responsibility regarding the local rules and regulations concerning our sold products for our customers located outside of The Netherlands as that is the responsibility of the recipient.
