My Organic Formula is based in the Netherlands, and we ship fast from there to families worldwide.

 

Same-day shipping

 

We know how important it is that you always have formula at home, ready for your baby whenever they get hungry.

We ship same day for all orders placed before 1pm CET (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If you order after 1pm we’ll ship the following day.

Orders made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are shipping the following Monday.

You’ll receive your order within 2 - 7 days.

 

Free shipping on all orders over $50, worldwide

 

Shipping is 100% Free on orders over $50, and $7.99 on orders under $50.

We use only trusted carriers: PostNL, UPS, DHL and FedEx (we’ll choose the best carrier for your order depending on destination, size and weight).

 

Import duty and customs

 

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; My Organic Formula has no control over these charges, nor can My Organic Formula predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. My Organic Formula takes no responsibility regarding the local rules and regulations concerning our sold products for our customers located outside of The Netherlands as that is the responsibility of the recipient.
