When you order formula online, you want more than a good price. You want to know that the product is authentic, has been handled responsibly and comes from a source you can trust.

My Organic Formula has supplied European formula to parents around the world since 2016. We work exclusively with trusted European wholesalers and offer the same established European brands parents know and choose, including HiPP, Holle, Kendamil and Nannycare.

Our role is simple: make authentic European formula easier for families to access, while keeping the journey from supplier to parent clear and dependable.

Sourced through trusted European wholesalers

We source our formulas through trusted European wholesalers. This helps us maintain a controlled supply chain and offer products made for the European market by established manufacturers.

We do not buy formula from unknown marketplace sellers, private resellers or unverified sources. Every product we offer is selected from brands and supply partners we would feel comfortable choosing for our own families.

• Established European brands — products from recognised infant-nutrition brands with clear product information and stage guidance
• Trusted wholesale partners — sourcing through established European wholesalers rather than anonymous third-party sellers
• European-market products — formula produced and labelled for the European market, with the packaging and instructions supplied by the manufacturer

Why European organic standards matter

Many of the formulas in our store are certified organic under European standards. These standards set requirements for how organic ingredients are sourced and produced, including restrictions on GMOs, synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fertilisers, hormones and routine antibiotics.

Organic certification is not the only factor in choosing formula, and not every formula we carry is organic. But for families who want an organic option, it provides a clear, independently regulated standard to look for.

• EU Organic — a regulated organic standard used across many formulas from brands such as HiPP, Holle and Kendamil
• Additional standards — some brands go further with certifications such as Demeter or Bioland, which add requirements around biodynamic farming, soil health and animal welfare
• Nutritionally complete formulas — all infant formulas are designed to meet the nutritional requirements for their intended stage

A controlled journey from Europe to your home

Formula should arrive in the same condition in which it left our supply chain: unopened, protected and ready for your family. That is why formula and baby food cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our control.

This policy protects every family we serve. It means products sold by My Organic Formula have not been returned, opened or handled by another customer before they reach you.

• Unopened products only — formula and baby food are not accepted for return or exchange after delivery
• Careful fulfilment — orders are packed for shipment by our team and trusted carriers
• Support when something is wrong — if there is an issue with your order, our customer care team is available to help

How to check your formula when it arrives

Every parent should feel confident checking a formula product before using it. When your order arrives, take a moment to inspect the packaging.

• Check the outer packaging — it should be intact, dry and free from visible damage
• Check the seal and lid — do not use a product if the seal is broken, the tin is damaged or the package appears tampered with
• Check the best-before date — this is printed by the manufacturer on the packaging
• Follow the manufacturer’s instructions — preparation, storage and stage guidance are always found on the original package

If anything does not look right, do not use the product. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the packaging so our team can investigate.
