Can I change my order or shipping address after placing it?

Be quick — we ship fast

Orders placed before 1pm CET on a business day are packed and shipped the same day. That is good news when you are waiting for formula, but it means the window to make a change is short.

Contact us as soon as you notice something is wrong. The sooner you reach us, the more likely it is we can still help.

Changing your shipping address

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us with your order number and the correct address. We will update it before your parcel goes out.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address ourselves. Some carriers allow you to redirect a parcel that is already in transit — use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see what options the carrier offers.

Changing the delivery country after an order is placed is not possible. Import duties and shipping costs are calculated per country at checkout. If you have ordered to the wrong country, contact us straight away.

Changing the products in your order

If you ordered the wrong stage, the wrong brand or the wrong quantity, contact us before your order ships and we will do our best to adjust it.

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed. Formula cannot be returned once it has left our warehouse, as we cannot guarantee how it has been stored.

Cancelling your order

The same applies. If your order has not shipped, contact us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Has my order shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. If you have not received it, your order is most likely still with us.

Changing a subscription
