Why we start at a double pack

We do not offer single packs or 1 pack orders. Our smallest order is a double pack, and there is a good reason for that.

Babies need time to settle into a new formula. Digestion, appetite and stool patterns often shift during the first week or two, and those early changes are rarely a sign that the formula is wrong — they usually settle on their own. A single tin runs out before you can tell the difference between adjusting and genuinely not getting on with it.

A double pack gives your baby the time they need, so that when you do make a decision, you are making it on more than a few days.

And if it turns out the formula is not right after all, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee covers you. Let us know and we will give you store credit for one unit so you can try a different brand.

Bundle discounts

The more you order at once, the more you save. Bundle discounts go up to 25%, and they are applied automatically — there is no code to enter.

You will see the discount for each pack size on the product page, so you can compare before you choose. Shipping is free worldwide on a 4-pack or larger.

Subscriber discount

Subscribers receive an extra 5% off every order, on top of any bundle discount. Both are applied automatically at checkout and on every future delivery.

There is no commitment, and you can cancel at any time.

Discount codes

If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout in the field marked Discount code or gift card, then select Submit. Your total updates straight away.

A few things to know:

• One code per order — discount codes cannot be combined with each other
• Bundle and subscriber discounts are separate — these are applied automatically and are not affected by a discount code
• Codes have conditions — some apply only to a first order, some expire, and some apply only to selected products

Store credit

Store credit can be used towards any order on our website.

We issue store credit in a few situations. The most common is our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: if your baby does not get on with the formula you chose, let us know and we will give you store credit for one unit so you can try another brand.

To redeem store credit, let us know when you place your order.

The simplest way to save

Order a larger bundle and subscribe. The bundle discount and the 5% subscriber discount stack, shipping is free from a 4-pack, and you never have to think about reordering.
