Import duties & unexpected fees
Will I pay anything on delivery?
No. Whatever you pay at checkout is what you pay in total. We do not charge customs fees on top of your purchase, and you should never be asked to pay anything when your parcel arrives.
How import duties are handled depends on where you live.
Canada
We cover all import duties and taxes on orders to Canada. Nothing is added at checkout for duties, and nothing is owed on delivery.
Australia and the Middle East
Import duties are calculated automatically at checkout and included in the total you pay. You will see the amount before you complete your order.
Because the duties are already settled, your parcel clears customs without you needing to do anything, and there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Are there any other fees?
Everything you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm your order — the price of your formula, any shipping cost, and any applicable duties. There are no handling fees, no processing fees, and no charges added afterwards.
Shipping is free worldwide on orders of a 4-pack or larger. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
What if a carrier asks me to pay?
This should not happen. If you receive an unexpected bill for customs or duties, contact us before paying it. Send us your order number and a photo or screenshot of the request.
We will look into it with the carrier and make it right.
