Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay with a card, or with one of our express checkout options for a faster order.

Express checkout

• Shop Pay
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Express checkout options appear at the top of the checkout page. They fill in your details for you, so you can complete your order in a few taps.

Apple Pay is available on iPhone, iPad and on Safari. Google Pay is available on Android and in Chrome.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

My payment will not go through

If your card is declined, it is usually one of these:

• The billing address does not match — the address on your card must match the billing address you enter, even if your delivery address is different
• A typo in the card details — check the card number, expiry date and security code
• International payments are blocked — some banks block foreign transactions by default. We ship from the Netherlands, so your payment is processed internationally. Your bank can lift this in a moment
• The card has expired — check the expiry date

If none of these apply, try a different card or use an express checkout option such as PayPal. If your payment still will not go through, contact our team and we will help you complete your order.
