How to ensure safe delivery

Every delivery requires a signature
All our parcels are delivered with a signature required. Your formula is never left on a doorstep, in a porch, or with a neighbour unless you have arranged that with the carrier yourself.
This is why lost and stolen parcels are rare. It does mean someone needs to be there to receive the delivery.
If you will not be home
You can have your parcel delivered to a UPS Access Point or FedEx point instead of your home address — a local shop or pickup location where your parcel is held until you collect it.
This has two advantages. Your parcel is never sitting outside, and it is stored indoors rather than in a delivery van.
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to redirect your parcel, or contact us before your order ships and we can arrange it for you.
Delivery in hot weather
Formula does not like heat. A parcel left in direct sun, even for a few hours, can be affected.
If you live somewhere hot, or you are expecting a delivery during a heatwave, a UPS Access Point or FedEx Pick Up Point is the safest option. We cannot guarantee the temperature of a parcel once it has been delivered to your door.
If your formula does arrive warm and you are concerned, contact us. See our article on what to do if your package arrives damaged.
How we pack your order
Your formula is shipped in its original manufacturer packaging, padded inside a sturdy shipping box. Nothing is repacked or decanted, so the seal you open is the seal the manufacturer applied.
If a delivery attempt fails
The carrier will usually try again the next business day, or leave a card telling you where to collect your parcel. Check your tracking link for the details.
Parcels that are not collected are eventually returned to us. If that happens, contact us and we will arrange a new delivery.
