How do I skip or pause an order?

Need to pause deliveries or skip just one order? You can do both yourself in your subscription portal, anytime.

Everything happens in your subscription portal, and there is no password to remember. Go to Manage subscription, enter the email address you used to order, and we’ll email you a 6-digit code to sign in. Already have a Shop account? Tap Continue with Shop instead.

Skip an order

Tap Skip order and your next order won’t be sent — the one after goes ahead as normal. If you’re running low instead, tap Order now to get your next order straight away, or use Re-schedule / Delay to move it to a date that suits you.

Pause your subscription

Tap Pause subscription at the bottom of your portal. While paused, nothing ships and you’re not charged — resume whenever you’re ready. Pausing keeps your 5% subscriber discount for when you need us again.
