What is Subscribe & Save and how does it work?
Had a subscription with us before October 2026? We’ve moved to a new, easier subscription portal. Your subscription — your products, delivery schedule and 5% discount — moved over automatically. The only change is how you sign in: go to Manage subscription and use the email address you ordered with. Old subscription links and buttons no longer work.
Formula on autopilot, 5% off every order
Subscribe & Save means your little one’s formula arrives automatically on the schedule you choose — no more running low and no late-night store runs. You save an extra 5% on every order, get access to subscriber-only offers, and delivery is free on a 4-pack and up.
How it works
- On any formula page, tap Get this product and choose your pack size — bigger packs save more.
- Select Subscribe & save and pick how often you’d like it delivered.
- Check out once. Your first order ships right away; after that, orders are placed automatically and we email you before each one.
Managing your subscription
Everything happens in your subscription portal, and there is no password to remember. Go to Manage subscription, enter the email address you used to order, and we’ll email you a 6-digit code to sign in. Already have a Shop account? Tap Continue with Shop instead.
From your portal you can order now, skip, re-schedule, change how often you receive formula, switch products or stages, pause, update your details and more.
