How do I switch to the next formula stage?
Switching to the next stage
When your baby is ready for the next stage, you can switch the formula in your subscription yourself — sign in to your portal and tap Edit on the product to change it.
Everything happens in your subscription portal, and there is no password to remember. Go to Manage subscription, enter the email address you used to order, and we’ll email you a 6-digit code to sign in. Already have a Shop account? Tap Continue with Shop instead.
Not sure which stage is next?
Browse by age — 0–6 months, 6–12 months or 12+ months — or take our Formula Finder Quiz. You can also email us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Still have a question? Contact our team and one of our formula experts will be happy to help.
