How do I update my address or payment details?
You can update your shipping address and payment details yourself in your subscription portal.
Everything happens in your subscription portal, and there is no password to remember. Go to Manage subscription, enter the email address you used to order, and we’ll email you a 6-digit code to sign in. Already have a Shop account? Tap Continue with Shop instead.
Update your address or card
- Shipping address — tap Edit to change where your formula is delivered.
- Payment details — tap Update to change your card.
- Backup card — add one so your order still goes through if your main card fails.
