Delivery Expectancy
We understand the importance of receiving formula in a timely manner. That is why we ship orders within 24 business hours to make sure you receive your package as fast as possible!
All orders placed by 1:00pm CST (Monday-Friday) are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed on Friday with the Overnight Shipping option will be delivered on Monday. If you really need the products on Saturday, please write us an email at [email protected] directly after you order, so we can see what the options are.

- Our company’s “business days” are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- The day your order is shipped and picked up by the shipping carrier is not considered a transit day but instead is the processing day for the shipment.
- The following business day from the day your order is shipped is considered to be the first transit day, which falls into the estimated/guaranteed time frame of your delivery.

Our fast and reliable shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The appropriate shipping carrier and method are selected depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package. If you request a specific shipping carrier of your choice, you may incur additional fees.
CANADA
Due to very high shipping rates we charge 45 USD for shipping to Canada. Please note that we are not responsible for customs clearing.
