Manage My Subscription - Information

I want to set up a subscription! How do I do it?

It’s easy! We’ll take you through the steps now.

Step 1) Search for the product you want to order and click (we’ve chosen Loulouka Stage 1 for this example).

Step 2) You’ll then see the product page.

  1. Choose whether you want a single pack, 4 pack, 6 pack or 12 pack.
  2. Choose the quantity you’d like.
  3. Use the ‘subscribe and save’ option to set up your subscription and select your delivery frequency (you can change these settings any time).
  4. Click add to cart, and you’re nearly done!

Step 3) Check the details of your subscription are just as you want them, and then click check out to activate your subscription. Your formula will automatically arrive at your door. 


You can add as many products to your subscription as you like, and choose different delivery intervals for each one. 

Any time you’d like to change your subscription, all you need to do is log in (or read on for more instructions).

How can I manage my subscriptions?

Log into your account using your email address and password.


If you’re yet to create an account, do so now using the same email address you used to order your subscription and we’ll automatically connect your subscription to your account.

You’ll then see the account overview page. Click ‘manage subscriptions’ in the account details box. You should see a screen that looks like this:

Please note: you may see 2 buttons. This is nothing to worry about and doesn’t affect your subscription. It’s due to a software upgrade made on February 11 2022, which means there are 2 interfaces for managing subscriptions. Both work in exactly the same way, and you can manage your subscription using either one.

After clicking ‘manage subscription’ on the left hand side a menu will open. From there, you can change any details you like.

  • Address and shipping information. Moving house? Change your address here. Change your preferred shipping method here.
  • Payment information. You can add a new card or remove an expired card here
  • Products in your subscription. Growing baby ready for the next stage formula? Change the products in your subscription here
  • Manage upcoming orders. Change the quantity of each product in your subscription here. View your orders, and skip an order if you need to
  • Discount codes. Add or manage your discounts and offers. Here you can apply any exclusive subscription discount codes on top of the 5% and bundle savings we offer.
  • Transaction history. View past transactions here. 
  • Cancel Subscription. Cancel your subscription here at no additional cost.
