The sachet format makes it easy to hand off to daycare, grandparents, or any caregiver — each 27g sachet makes one bottle with no measuring required. Simply tear, pour, and feed.

How to prepare and store
Step 1:
Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool down to approx. 40–50 °C.*
Step 2:
Pour 180 ml water into the feeding bottle.
Step 3:
Add the entire content of the sachet to the water.
Step 4:
Close the bottle and shake vigorously.
Step 5:
Allow it to cool down to drinking temperature (approx. 37 °C) – check temperature. It amounts to a portion of 200 ml.
*In order not to harm the natural lactic acid cultures (lactobacilli), please do not prepare the formula with water that is too hot.
Care Instructions:
- Prepare the formula freshly before every meal, feed immediately and dispose of any leftovers
- Clean the bottle, teat and ring thoroughly
- Do not warm up formula in the microwave (risk of scalding)
- Store the unopened sachet in a dry place at room temperature; best before date is printed on the sachet

HiPP Stage 2 Sachets are designed for babies from 6 to 10 months as a follow-on milk alongside solid foods. From 10 months, move on to HiPP German Stage 3.
What is the difference between HiPP Stage 2 Sachets and the standard tin?
The formula is identical — the only difference is the format. Each 27g sachet makes one bottle with no measuring or scooping required. Simply tear, pour, and feed. The tin is more economical for home use, while sachets are ideal for travel, daycare, and on-the-go convenience.
Does HiPP Stage 2 contain GMOs, pesticides or hormones?
No. HiPP Stage 2 Sachets are EU organic certified and made without GMOs, synthetic pesticides, herbicides, added hormones, or antibiotics. Added sugars such as corn syrup, glucose syrup, and sucrose are never used.
Is HiPP Stage 2 gluten-free and soy-free?
Yes. HiPP Stage 2 Sachets are gluten-free, wheat-free, soy-free, and peanut-free.
Does HiPP Stage 2 contain starch or maltodextrin?
HiPP Stage 2 Sachets contain organic starch, but no maltodextrin. The organic starch makes the formula thicker and more filling, which suits many babies from six months as they start solid foods.
How much formula is in each package?
Each sachet contains 27g of formula powder — enough for one bottle. Sachets are available in packs of 10, 20, or 30, giving you between 10 and 30 bottles per pack.
Does HiPP Stage 2 contain DHA?
Yes. HiPP Stage 2 Sachets contain DHA, an omega-3 fatty acid that supports normal visual development in infants up to twelve months, alongside higher iron levels than Stage 1 to support your growing baby.
Does HiPP Stage 2 contain probiotics?
Yes. HiPP Stage 2 Sachets contain natural lactic acid cultures originally derived from breast milk, alongside prebiotic fibres (GOS) to support healthy gut development during the transition to solid foods.
How is HiPP German different from HiPP Dutch and HiPP UK?
All three are made in Germany and EU organic certified. HiPP German has the widest stage range and most stages include organic starch, which makes them more filling. HiPP Dutch is lactose-only and starch-free throughout. HiPP UK is starch-free but does not contain probiotics.
Can I use HiPP Stage 2 Sachets when traveling?
Yes — sachets are perfect for travel. Each one is pre-measured for a single bottle with no tin or measuring spoon needed. Simply pack the number of sachets you need and add cooled boiled water when ready to feed.
How long can I store an opened sachet?
Each sachet is designed for single use. Once opened, pour the entire contents into the bottle immediately and do not store any remaining powder. Prepared formula should be discarded after 1 hour of feeding beginning.
