Is this product right for my baby?
Holle Stage 3 Organic Goat Milk Formula is for babies from 10 months onwards, and can be used either as a supplement to breastmilk, or as your baby’s only milk alongside solid food.
It’s made from organic whole goat’s milk instead of cow’s milk. Goat’s milk proteins are similar to cow’s milk proteins, so if your baby has, or may have, a cow’s milk protein allergy, only use it on your doctor’s advice.
Holle Goat contains no corn syrup or other refined sweeteners, and no palm oil.
We understand that babies are often picky eaters. If your baby doesn’t like Holle Goat, we’ll provide a store credit so you can try another brand on us (and we have other goat’s milk formulas in store).

How to prepare and store
Step 1:
Thoroughly sterilize the bottle, nipple, and ring in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes before use.
Step 2:
Boil the water and let it cool down to approximately 50°C
Step 3:
Pour approximately half of the water into the bottle (for exact amount, see measuring table below).
Step 4:
Fill the measuring scoop with the required amount and level with a knife.
Step 5:
Close the bottle and shake vigorously. Fill up the remaining water and shake vigorously again.
Step 6:
Allow the surface area to cool to the drinking temperature 37°C. It is recommended to check the temperature before drinking.

Care Instructions:
- Expiration date is indicated on each box and sealed bag
- Keep away from heat and humidity
- Prepared formula should be consumed within the hour
- Leftovers kept at room temperature for 60 minutes or longer should be discarded
- Prepared formula can be kept for 24 hours if refrigerated
- Once formula bag is open, use in the next 2 weeks
- Formula is best when stored in stainless steel or glass containers
- Always prepare fresh food for your baby
- Do not heat feeds in a microwave, hot spots may occur which could cause scalding

What age is Holle Goat Stage 3 for?
Holle Goat Stage 3 is a follow-on formula for babies from 10 months, alongside a varied diet. From 12 months, move on to Holle Goat Stage 4.
Is Holle Goat Stage 3 right for my baby?
Holle Goat Stage 3 is a follow-on formula made from organic whole goat's milk, for healthy babies from 10 months, designed to complement solid foods rather than replace them. Alongside lactose, it contains maltodextrin and a small amount of organic starch. If your baby has a diagnosed food allergy, speak to your paediatrician before choosing a formula.
Can Holle Goat Stage 3 be used for a cow's milk protein allergy?
Not without your doctor's advice. Goat's milk proteins are very similar to cow's milk proteins, and many babies who react to one also react to the other. If your baby has, or may have, a cow's milk protein allergy, only use goat's milk formula on your doctor's advice.
Is Holle Goat Stage 3 organic and Demeter certified?
Holle Goat Stage 3 is EU organic certified, and about three-quarters of its ingredients (74%) come from Demeter-certified biodynamic farming. It contains no GMOs and no added sugars such as corn syrup or sucrose.
Is Holle Goat Stage 3 gluten-free and soy-free?
Yes. Holle Goat Stage 3 is gluten-free, wheat-free, soy-free and peanut-free.
Does Holle Goat Stage 3 contain starch or maltodextrin?
Yes. Alongside lactose, Holle Goat Stage 3 contains maltodextrin and a small amount of organic starch (0.5 g per 100 ml).
Does Holle Goat Stage 3 contain palm oil?
No. Holle's goat's milk formulas are made without palm oil, using organic sunflower and rapeseed oil.
Does Holle Goat Stage 3 contain DHA?
Yes. DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid that contributes to normal visual development in infants up to twelve months. The DHA in Holle comes from algae rather than fish oil. Holle Goat Stage 3 also contains iron, calcium and vitamins A, C and D.
Does Holle Goat Stage 3 contain probiotics?
No. Holle formula contains no lactic acid cultures and no added prebiotic fibres such as GOS.
How many bottles does one box of Holle Goat Stage 3 make?
Each box contains 400 g of powder and makes approximately 3 litres (100 fl oz) of prepared formula — around 15 bottles of 200 ml. Follow the preparation instructions on the pack.
How many boxes of Holle Goat Stage 3 do I need per month?
If formula is your baby's only milk, expect about 4 boxes a month, based on two 200 ml bottles a day alongside a varied diet. The boxes are smaller than most (400 g), so you need more of them. Every baby is different, so treat this as a guide.
