This is a growing up milk which also contains Vitamins A, B, C, and E along with organic maltodextrin, whey powder, and vegetable oils. The Omega 3 in Holle Cow Milk Stage 4 has been sourced from organic vegetable oil.

How to prepare and store
Step 1:
Boil water and allow it to cool down to approx. 50 °C. Pour half of the water into the feeding bottle (see the feeding table for the amount).
Step 2:
Measure the amount of powder according to the feeding table and add it to the bottle. Fill the scoop loosely and level it off with the back of a knife.
Step 3:
Shake the powder and half of the water vigorously. Add the remaining water and shake well again.
Step 4:
Allow to cool to drinking temperature (37 °C). Feed from a bottle or a cup.
1 level scoop = 4.2 g. Standard preparation: 12.6 g powder + 90 ml boiled water = 100 ml of ready-to-drink formula. One pack makes approx. 47 feeds of 100 ml. The amounts and number of feeds per day are guidelines only; small individual deviations are harmless and perfectly natural.

- Holle Organic Follow-on Milk 4 is intended for drinking from a cup
- Follow the preparation instructions exactly; the correct dosage gives your child the nutrients it needs
- Use only the enclosed measuring scoop
- Improper preparation and storage can harm your child's health

- Do not heat the formula in the microwave (risk of overheating)

Holle Stage 4 is a toddler milk for healthy children from 12 months, designed to complement a varied family diet rather than replace it. Alongside lactose, it contains maltodextrin and a small amount of starch. If your child has a diagnosed food allergy, speak to your paediatrician before choosing a formula.
Is Holle Stage 4 organic?

Yes. Alongside lactose, Holle Stage 4 contains maltodextrin and a small amount of starch (0.5 g per 100 ml).

Yes. Holle Stage 4 contains palm oil from sustainable cultivation, together with sunflower and rapeseed oil.
Does Holle Stage 4 contain DHA?

Does Holle Stage 4 contain probiotics?
No. Holle formula contains no lactic acid cultures and no added prebiotic fibres such as GOS.
How is Holle different from HiPP?
Both are EU organic. Holle uses DHA from algae instead of fish oil and contains no probiotics or GOS. HiPP German Combiotik uses fish oil and adds natural lactic acid cultures and GOS. From Stage 2 onwards, Holle contains maltodextrin; HiPP German does not.
How many servings does one box of Holle Stage 4 make?
Each box contains 600 g of powder and makes approximately 4.8 litres (160 fl oz) of prepared milk — around 24 servings of 200 ml. Follow the preparation instructions on the pack.
How many boxes of Holle Stage 4 do I need per month?
If formula is your toddler's only milk, expect about 2.5 boxes a month, based on two 200 ml servings a day alongside a varied diet. Every child is different, so treat this as a guide.
Which stage comes after Holle Stage 4?
Stage 4 is the final stage in the Holle range. Your doctor can advise when your toddler is ready to move to regular cow's milk alongside a varied diet.
