3′-Galactosyllactose (3′-GL): a human milk oligosaccharide, belonging to the HMO (Human Milk Oligosaccharides) group. DHA is of plant origin. By law, all follow-on milks contain DHA.
Step 1:
Before opening the lid, always check that the protective clip has not been damaged. Do not use if the protective clip is damaged. Dispose of the removed protective clip and foil immediately, out of the reach of children.
Step 2:
Wash your hands and sterilise all utensils and the bottle.
Step 3:
Boil drinking water suitable for infants and let it cool to approx. 40 °C. Do not use repeatedly boiled water.
Step 4:
Using the scoop included in the pack, add the corresponding number of scoops, levelled on the edge inside the pack, to the bottle with water (see the recommended dosage).
Step 5:
Close the bottle and shake well until the powder has dissolved. Remove the cap and replace it with a sterilised teat.
Step 6:
Always check the temperature of the milk on the inside of your wrist before feeding (recommended temperature 37 °C) and feed immediately.
Recommended dosage: 1 level scoop (4.3 g powder) per 30 ml of water, corresponding to 93 kJ (22 kcal). 100 ml = 90 ml boiled water + 3 level scoops (12.9 g powder).
From 6 months, a child needs about 600 ml of milk per day. The recommended amount of milk is a guide only; follow your child's individual needs and the advice of your paediatrician.
Important notice: Breastfeeding is the best way to feed infants. KENDAMIL PREMIUM 2 HMO+ follow-on milk is only suitable for infants over 6 months of age, should only form part of a mixed diet and must not be used as a substitute for breast milk during the first 6 months of life. The decision to start complementary feeding, including any exception to the 6-month rule, should only be made on the advice of independent persons qualified in medicine, nutrition or pharmacy, or other professionals responsible for maternal and child care, based on the individual growth and development needs of the infant. After drinking milk, especially before sleep, take care of your infant's oral hygiene. Follow the instructions for preparation, feeding and storage; otherwise you put your infant's health at risk.
