Shipping times by country
When does my order ship?
We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands, and we dispatch fast.
- Ordered before 1pm CET, Monday to Friday — your order ships the same day
- Ordered after 1pm CET — your order ships the next business day
- Ordered over the weekend — your order ships on Monday
Public holidays in the Netherlands are the one exception. Orders placed on a holiday ship on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive within 3 to 10 business days after dispatch. The average is 3 business days.
This applies worldwide. Whether you are in Canada, Australia or the Middle East, the same delivery window applies. Customs clearance can occasionally add a day or two, particularly during busy periods.
Which carriers do you use?
Depending on your destination and the size of your order, we ship with Canada Post, UPS or FedEx.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow it from our warehouse to your door.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free worldwide on orders of a 4-pack or larger. Most of our customers order a 4-pack or more, which means most orders ship free.
For smaller orders:
- Double pack — CAD 13.99
- Double pack to Australia — USD 19.99
- Larger orders to Australia — USD 29.99
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no additional charges after your order is placed.
What about import duties?
This depends on where you live. For orders to Canada, we cover all import duties and taxes. For orders to Australia and the Middle East, duties are calculated at checkout and paid as part of your order — so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
